What You Should have Watched Last Night:
Tuesday Night 10-6-15
Check out my reviews of the jam packed Tuesday night lineup, headlined by the return of my favorite Superhero show, The Flash!!!
The Flash returned last night on the CW and it was a hell of a fun premier. I enjoyed the story of Barry going solo, not wanting to put the people he loves in danger. Only for them to decide to help him whether he wants it or not.
WWE's Edge played a villain this week, which was a nice surprise. Edge does good work on Haven, and its good to see him on other programming since that show is coming to an end.
The big news of the episode was learning that Dr. Wells admitted to killing Barry's mother through a recording, which got Barry's father released from prison. This was a great moment. Overall I enjoyed the return.
Rating: Really Fun
Week 2 of Grandfathered held up and I enjoy this show. John Stamos is great in his role and it makes you wonder why he hasn't had more lead roles in his career.
The scene where he was nervous to get it in with the girl out of fear she might be his daughter too was hilarious. And Christina Milian at the beach. Woo.
Rob Lowe is absolutely fantastic in his role as The Grinder on The Grinder. I really love the dynamic between Dean and Stewart, because Stewart is so jealous of his brother, but Dean seems oblivious to the issue. Rob Lowe plays the role so cool and Fred Savage's humor shines through.
I loved how the female lawyer put The Grinder in his place and destroyed him in the deposition, which crushed his confidence. She's good and I hope they bring her back for future episodes.
Rating: Really good
Ok, I'm over it. Pilot was hilarious, but this would have been better as a movie.
Honestly, I fell asleep on Limitless. That's not a good sign at all. It was just much going on. I'm not giving up on it yet, and will finish it today, but idk.....
